Carmen Santiago Heredia

President of TSOANI

Carmen Santiago Heredia leads TSOANI as President. She is the author of “Mujer gitana, transmisora de la cultura” (Woman Roma, transmitter of culture), a study registered in the Registro de la Propiedad Intelectual de Jaén, Spain (J-188-03).

Her work documents how Roma women carry language, memory, and tradition across generations, and she guides the centre's research agenda on Roma history, cultural roots, and critical historical discourse.

Johanna Paszkowska

Ethnologist

Johanna Paszkowska is an ethnologist and member of the TSOANI research team, contributing to the centre's work on Roma cultural roots, ethnography, and the critical study of historical discourse.
